RSU Grant Stock Price @ Palantir?
I'll be joining Palantir next month and received RSUs as a part of my package. Does anyone know what dates that's computed for? When I looked at my offer letter, it said a "recent 30-day period", but given how the stock's been performing recently when that 30-day period starts and ends could affect my comp pretty significantly. I think it’s price is determined at the average of vesting date.
Generally its the 30 day rolling average on the day you start.
