I might leave my job and I'm considering when exactly, so I won't lose much RSU+bonus, specifically: 1. Yearly bonus which I think is on October's paycheck. 2. RSU vesting in 10/11 (November) In my country there is 30 days prior notice, so I think to give the notice on 14/10 (October) in order to get both 1+2. Would I get both in this case? If yes, can u give more details in case I will have to terminate earlier? If no, can u give details? P.S. I can't just take one more month in case... Regards, Almost wrote my name🤣
The only way to make sure you receive your bonus and RSUs is not to resign until the proceeds are in your accounts.

Give notice 10/11
You might have to give 30 days notice but they can still decide to end your employment earlier. I know people who have put in 2 week notices but then were just asked to leave that day
Not sure if it's legal in my country, anyway, let's assume they won't do it.
Moreover, if you give notice as per your current plan, company can clawback all the RSU’s etc. Your assumptions won’t stand the legal realities, rest it’s your gamble to play.
