I'm very noob at this whole sort of thing and I'm wondering what people think is a better kind of stock package? Direct stock or stock options?
Wut is RSU, Roasted Seasalt Unagi?
Restricted stock unit. Basically stock that vests after a period of time.

PM is irrelevant role and will die in next 2-3 years.
It depends on MANY factors: 1) How much RSUs vs options 2) How quickly do the RSUs and options vest 3) How much do you think the company will grow during the vesting period? Something to think about, if you plan to stay with a company for a while, RSUs will always be worth something (unless the company goes belly up), options can be worthless if the stock decreases from the option price.
Gotcha. Thanks
