RSU refresh participation rates?
Workday is reducing % of people getting RSU refresh to 85% this year, 80% next year, following years tbd. Keeps quoting "industry norms" as the reason. Essentially moving to stack rank. Curious what other companies are doing.
Been getting additional RSUs each annual review here. Haven't heard of someone not getting any.
