Has anyone had experience using RSUs to qualify for mortgage? If so, what lender did you go through? Any other advice or experience?

Do not try to make a basis for qualification or payment based on non-guaranteed income. Vested stock for down payment: great. Depending on stock and budgeting after each vest to spread out and pay monthly bills: bad.
This is a good advice

In my case lender used 60% of current value of equity in all brokerage accounts(not retirement ones). Similarly 60% for bonus.
Was there a vesting schedule for the equity?
Unvested equity not accounted for. 60% applies to vested equity and other non-company stock.
