What is it typically at the Senior Manager level? 28k OK? What do AD/Director levels typically get? #healthcare #Pharma #RSU
30k/year for me, 3 year vest though
Oh man 3 year vest sounds a bit rough, but that amount looks good. Perhaps I should be having discussions 🤔
If you come from external you can prob negotiate extra sign on to offset the 3 year vest, but if you promoted internally then have to wait.
OK
You've been PIP'ed
You have been piped, then hired and piped again
Curious. What do total packages in pharma look like? Are they salary/bonus heavy?
Not Pfizer, but in my experience bonus is 18% salary w 30k stock over 3 yr vest for sr. manager/associate director but also retirement benefits & pension (6% 401k & 5% pension)
Obviously a lot more junior than this thread (entry level) but, < 1 YOE Data Analyst, 80k TC give or take a couple thousand, pretty much all in base with small % bonus Based in Northeast offices
35k per year. 3 year vest
Hey can I dm you. I am interviewing for a position at Takeda and would love to get some insights
Sure
Do all pharma companies get RSUs? I didn't know that... hmmm
Not all roles in pharma do. You usually have to hit Sr. Manager/Director level grade, otherwise no stock grant.
There was another thread looking into which pharma companies provide RSUs and it is getting pretty expansive
35k for AD
Sounds about right. I recently rejected an offer of a Sr Manager role with the same dollar value RSUs. Pharma salaries/comp packages are way too less as compared to the Tech industry.
Sooo.... you're suggesting I switch to tech sector if I want a higher TC?
Lol.. Not suggesting anything coz its your choice :) I just shared what i saw in the past few months.
I just realized new grads at FB make as much as Sr. Managers in Big pharma
Haha tech def pays higher, but titles in pharma are inflated. A lot of individual contributors or first line managers in pharma are associate director or director titled.
Interesting to know!
35k, 4 year vest.
Is that 35k per year or over the 4 year vest?
35k 4 year vest, awarded annually.
Is that per year? I'm at senior manager level and my RSUs are much lower than that annually.
Yeah per year. How much are yours?
Stock price has fluctuated a lot, but back when I signed it was valued at around $10k per year
