Workday principal engineer interview expectations
What should I expect in the principal engineer interviews? Will they primarily focus on data structures, algorithms and design, or could they be technology-specific? The job role primarily emphasizes backend and database expertise.
From my experience there will be a coding round of course but it’s just a hackerrank off the shelf question nothing tricky. Most emphasis will be on system design, background, team specific technologies. Each team interviews their own way so try to imagine what signals they’re looking for
