Any cultural insights about software engineering at @maersk? Any interesting personalities to follow? PS this is logistic company, HQ Denmark if I am not mistaken. Funny thing, even Blind doesn't recognize them as a company to tag at.
Somali pirates are the interesting personalities to follow.
Maersk is full head on growing "digitally", lots of innovation talks and initiatives to be at the forefront of technology in the supply chain market. Look up Maersk and block chain for example. There are lots of IT job openings at comparably mid management level. The culture is great, and IT function within Maersk is by no means as tough as traditional IT companies. Might be a good option for an more tenured IT professional looking for stability and more work life balance.
Do they support internal transfer on different countries ?
