Who are these retards asking for dictatorship in India?
I have a job offer from rally health. Haven’t heard their offer yet, but the feedback was that they really want to hire me and they are asking for salary expectation. I have around 5 years of experience and have a current total compensation of 215k. Location San Francisco Bay Area. How much should should be my salary expectation? I would assume a senior or principal engineer role. Also how is the company doing in general. How is the culture and what kind of tech problems is it currently solving? I am a distributed systems backend guy. Is rally health a good company to join or should I keep interviewing?
No .. I didn’t get any data, and not much clarity about the questions I asked above. My offer hasn’t expired, but in the meantime I got better role at my current employer, and I got other offers from well known startups . So I didn’t pursue it further. Do you have any data about this ?
Not yet, talking to a recruiter next week
You should ask some of those questions to the hiring manager. Not on blind.
they not professional
Why?
Yeah I heard about the MacBook situation as well, it's kinda funny considering the lowest spec'd 2018/19 13" MBPs are cheaper and outperform any fully decked out 15" pre-2018. What other perks are being cut?
Anyone have any updated info about what it's like to work at Rally Health?
Dm me
They decided not to interview me so I guess it doesn't matter now :-S
With your 5 years experience, expecting Principal eng role?
Did you join?
