I got an offer at rally health but no actual numbers yet. I think they are shooting at 140k Base 30k stock 10k bonus optional I am asking for 150k base 40k stock 10k bonus Recruiter is saying 30k stock but he seems to be inexperienced and not able to explain well so I am confused if 30k split for 4 years or 30k per year. Based on other posts I am assuming 30k per year. I never got stock options in my previous company so I am really not aware of it much. Please let me know how it works and is this offer good or bad. YOE: 3 years TC: 125k
Probably 30K per year. Ask the recruiter how does the vesting schedule look like, how much is the cliff period, are there any stock refreshers etc.
