Currently at Goldman Sachs as a fund manager. Making peanuts and feeling stifled. I was originally supposed to be on the tech side of fund management but since they were short staffed once they saw my accounting degree, they asked and I felt like I couldn’t say no. I’m dying to get back to tech but I keep getting overlooked because of my one year in financial services. Prior to this, I was a global markets technology auditor for JPMC for three years. Any recruiters out there that can please help… I feel trapped :( TC: 104k YOE: 4 years
