Senior Customer Engineer in modern work manufacturing, recruiter said this is L63 and is going through restructuring? Base, 140k Annual cash target bonus, 15% Annual stock, 22k unsure if vesting schedule Sign on stock, 40k 4 year vesting Sign on cash bonus, 20k Remote work 75%, some customer travel 25% Current TC, 120k YOE, 8
No one wants to do the tc math for you
Help people while you can and if you don’t want to, don’t comment. I lost my job recently and have been humbled. Never know what the OP is going through.
For engineering this is terrible. For customer support, maybe it’s good?
You have to compare it to your current TC. It’s a typical offer for customer engineer at level 63, so not much you can negotiate there. Take the offer, spend 2-3 yrs with that on the CV, then go to another company. Given current macro economic pressures and overall slowdown of hiring in tech, I wouldn’t push that hard on the offer.

You need to negotiate to Base: at least 160-170 Annual stock: 50k at least Sign on: $40-50k
The base will not go that high for a non-SWE 63. They might move 145-150k base.
You’re right but product roles also get to 160… will be interesting
