Rate companies based on difficulty to crack interviews
Rate the following companies based on the difficulty level to crack their interviews on a scale of 1 to 10, 1 being the easiest and 10 being most difficult. For SDE role only. Criterias: question difficulty, pickiness Companies: 1. Google 2. Meta 3. Amazon 4. Apple 5. Uber 6. Databricks 7. Snowflake 8. Stripe 9. Snap 10. Over the years I got offers from 4 in this list (Amazon, Meta, Uber and Meta) so I’ll rate those (didn’t interview with the rest). Google, Meta, Uber, Amazon from hardest to easiest. Caveat 1: This was for PM roles Caveat 2: Uber was before they went public so may be it’s different now

Very good question. And it is funny nobody has talked how difficult Apple interview is generally.
It wasn’t that bad to be honest. The hardest ones for me were Databricks and Airbnb

Can you share the info on different rounds for google em interviews?

All the companies on that list that I interviewed with + cracked didn’t surpass a 5 for me. Snap was the outlier at 7 but Google, Amazon, Databricks, Stripe were all between 3-5 relative to all other companies ive interviewed with. Got asked a few lc hards for google too but it wasn’t impossible dp or unique solution type of lc hard If you want to rank pickiness (resume screen difficulty?) Then I’d say Snap/Databricks on top, then Stripe, then Google, then Amazon
