It could definitely go higher with competing offers, I had an L4 offer for 190/630/15% + 100k signing a couple months ago.

If you have counter from FB, potentially at L6, Google would match it. I got 190/990/75 and i joined in Mar 2020! Best decision of my life to join in Mar 2020, my vests were valued at $1200, 50% gain !
