Received offer from Riot Games Staff TPM: 185k base + 15% annual bonus + 15% LTI + 50K signing bonus split in two. There is also Riot Equity DV RSUs: $41625. No idea what it means #misc #joboffer #riotgames

Agreed with the above. The annual bonus is likely to be more than that (Riot has under promised and over delivered on bonus multipliers for years).
Pretty standard offer for the level. Riot doesn’t pay super well relative to tech but it pays well relative to games. The RSUs are basically Monopoly money until/if Riot ever has a liquidity event so I would count them as zero. The LTI is also split over multiple years which affects the Tc a bit.
What can I expect for P2 pay?
