Why investment bank??
With everything else, such as location, wlb, job security equal, I need at least a 50% TC bump and 30% of current base as sign on to jump ship.
Same location but how do i know about wlb, one is L5 other is like L6 so hard to know.
Wlb - look up reports on blind Glassdoor and other platforms. They are all big firms, there should be some reports. But yeah, there is always uncertainty. It is why I ask for that pay bump. My reward should be worth the risk.
