Wanted to get a sense of which company would be better to go to. I am looking for a company that is well run, with interesting work, but has a lot of growth runaway left. I am going as a sr EM. I don’t know anyone in these companies unfortunately but they seem attractive on paper. Would love to hear from current/ex-employees from these places. TC quite similar: around 250k base and 700-800k RSU/4 years
Can I dm you some questions about Faire?
What is the quoted per-RSU valuation for KeepTruckin?
Happy to answer any questions you may have about convoy
Hey, i have an interview coming up with Convoy can i DM you?
My main worry is they have the trajectory of Uber. (Not elastic to scale and an “invisible asymptote”) Would be interested to know what you are optimistic about and things to watch out for
Happy to answer any questions about Keeptruckin
Keep truckin seems really interesting bec you’re mostly a tech provider. I could ask as well but how much lock-in do you have with your customers? If convoy for example wants to get into your business would that be a credible threat?
We create lockin by providing high value added services. We dominate fleet management for long haul trucking especially on small and medium size fleets. Because such a large number of fleets use us our safety, fuel insights are tremendous. We can bring the bargaining power of a large company and negotiate good fuel rates and discounts for smbs. Same on insurance costs etc. We can match our fleets with loads provided by Convoy, Uber freight amongst others. Thus we have strong network effects.
What is the RSU price at Keeptruckin ?
Faire is a rocket ship, underrated.
Do you know how much a share is quoted right now?
Are the avenues for growth primarily international expansion? I am interested in fintech also so wondering how optimistic you are about that side of the company

"Asked whether the company is considering a public listing, Ms. Cooks Levitan said not in the near term, but possibly later." At least we're gonna IPO at some point.
Maybe I’m bias, def Faire! It’s a decacorn right now

Is Faire position in the US? I was looking to apply as well but didnt find any in the US
If you're in the US as far as I know you can still apply to the engineering positions if you're Senior level or above. All engineering is in Canada with exceptions for US top talent. Data Science is both US and Canada.
