Ready to quit Amazon

I was D-listed by my manager 2 weeks ago and now he is coming hard on me. To a point that I’m ready to walk out. He has pushed me to the edge and I am burnt out. I don’t think it’s worth it to spoil health. But wondering what’s the risk of walking out without a job in hand? Would it go against me if I quote the toxic culture at Amazon as the reason to leave. I’m a L5 product manager.

Walk into his office and piss on his desk to establish dominance. Make sure you don't lose eye contact.

I walked out once. Some hiring managers care. Others don't. You'll lose money and job win percentage, but gain freedom from your current struggle.

Ellison wasn’t a great leader. Didn’t inspire anyone but himself.

Never trust company HR. Remember HR exists to protect company's interest, not you. When your manager doesn't like you, you are basically sitting on the side against the company, except that when you have stronger connections to back you up.

Anyone former leadership from Amazon understands their practices. Own it; if there was feedback take it to heart and improve, but yeah, health first. Most are aware what a shitty company amazon can be

Talk to +1 or get HR involved. They may offer u role in another team. With the temporary relief, look for a new job.

Yes it's better to pay for 2-day shipping than pay $99 a year.
