Real Estate Investment - quitting w2

Anyone here tired of working in corporate? I’ve been doing a side business in real estate! It’s been quite rewarding to get a taste of entrepreneurship without too huge of a risk. You know what they say, house price never go to 0 and people always need a place to live. Anyways just here sharing some of the things I’ve been doing on the side to reduce tax liability via real estate investing. Interest rate is super high right now so it does take some creativity to still cash flow. Been heavily networking with a lot of other like minded people to learn and grow in my journey as well. I figure why not post here and see if I can attract some interest because who knows? Maybe someday we will do a deal together! TC 320k - TX
