Redfin - any will do great

Ranju Phelan - Intero. Very genuine, honest and excellent negotiator. Even helped me with loan process and called couple of times even after we moved in to make sure everything is ok. Not sure if any good agent will agree to offer his part of commission specially if they are good at their job. If you think that the realtors job is easy, then you donā€™t need him/her and you should do it yourself. Donā€™t be cheap and greedy.

Not being cheap but when buying a house worth a million, whatever thatā€™s saved could be returned to the savings account! I donā€™t believe I said that the realtor job is easy as well. Genuinely appreciate the response though :)

Its the sellers job to pay your agent and not yours. I get that you would argue that since you are buying its coming out of your pocket. But try to understand that its not easy to win a bid specially when its 1M. Its couple of months of work before you actually win a bid in bay area. You would rather want to work with a good agent who would go out of the way to get your bid on the table vs an agent who will give you cuts but wont work ass off. You are taking the incentive out to work their ass off so that they can help you win a bid. Had the market not been this crazy, yes I agree that the agents would give you discounts. If its a new construction it would be fair to ask the agent to give cuts of your commission back. Anyways, try to work with an agent who you trust and works genuinely for you. I learnt it the hard way when I was working with other agents before we worked with Ranju. All the best mate...hope you win a bid soon! Cheers! šŸ»

PM me if you are buying new construction house anywhere in Bay Area. My Agent is offering 65% of his commission back.

Pm me . I know an agent, who also do loans at best price and gives up to 70% refund on commissions. He has pocket listings to in San Jose.

You can PM me as well. My realtor grew up in Milpitas and is extremely easy to work with. I believe she would match or exceed Redfin as well, especially for new construction.
