Received a Job Offer from Apple's Austin office.
I received a job offer to work for Apple located at the Austin office. However, I dont want to move to Austin and would prefer Dallas or Houston. Would Apple let me work remotely from any of those locations?

I live in Dallas. If you're a socialite or just like doing things like community events, fairs, etc, stay in Austin. Austin is much "cooler" and has a younger crowd; downside is Austin is more expensive. Dallas is a great city, don't get me wrong, but if I had a choice I'd pick Austin over Dallas ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I love Austin and I totally agree with you. However, my husband is Black and I am White. He said that the decreasing population of african americans in Austin is frightening. It is now less that 7.6%.
Then he should move in, not out if he cares? Or does he do only what others do?

Austin is WAY better. I own lots of property in Austin. You know I own lots of property all over Texas. I own lots of property all over the United States and outside too. It’s incredible. Austin is WAY WAY better.

That's says alot coming from you since you are employee. Doesn't Apple have a data center in the Dallas-Forth Worth area? Also, can you tell me if working from home is common in the Austin offices?
