Recent Industrial Technology grad

Trying to help my cousin who is a new grad with an Industrial Technology degree navigate the job application journey. He is Non-Destructive Testing certified as well. Are there any entry level new grad programs at Spacex, Northrop Grumman, Boeing, etc.? He is eager and open to anything to set a foundation for his career. Appreciate the guidance!
