Recent college grad TC

I’ve started at Medtronic Diabetes in Northridge as an entry-level Systems Verification Engineer. This is a 2-year contract position. I’m currently in the 6-month mark and hope to get hired as a FTE at the one year mark. Am I getting a fair TC package and what would people recommend to make the best impression in establishing a good reputation. Thanks! TC - 80K
