I got some good advice on this channel- made some changes and hoping to get more feedback on my V2. Any red flags/points of concern/things I should remove in your opinion? If helpful, I’m targeting senior PM/principal PM roles at larger companies, and director level roles at mid sized companies currently.

I’m in a cool off period =\ failed the L7 loop like 6 months ago and the recruiter said I’d be re eligible in 1 year
It’s too long and too segmented to glance through.
Thank you for your comment! When you say segmented - do you mean the way I have the jobs separated out? Or do you mean the way the bullet points are formatted
Should be 1 page.
I have a hybrid resume. One page that summarizes everything followed by two pages that go deep into recent jobs (paragraph on each). People can skip the details and just use the first page on its own but if they want to understand more what I did they can look at the other pages, or not. It also helps pack the second two pages with keywords to get past stupid automated filters. That said I haven't used it in years so dunno if it's still working since I'm in Amazon a few years
Few pointers: - 1 page resume is considered standard - good practice to keep bullet points to max 2 lines (see a lot of 3 line bullets) - your key results can be a bullet in itself. Consider listing it as a bullet - Talk about mentoring/managing team in your most recent experience
Just a fyi, my resume is a two pager and full of bullets that are 3-4 lines. Got in Amazon and Google and interviewed 10 plus tech companies with this resume. So those are not hard rules
This! The resume “rules” actually got me way fewer callbacks compared to using an older format I had that hardly followed the rules

Why are you not retired yet?
Directors at publishers don’t make much - I was making like 180 base with a 15% bonus haha
Selling your own company wasn’t enough?
Hit me up if you see anything on Airbnb career page. We pay very well.
Those saying 1-page should stop parrotting some random HR guy. Use your own brain and add as many pages as you need to convey your skills and experiences.
