All the companies will do downsizing as all have hired huge numbers in last 3-4 years

No one. No reason for a long time homey.
Why do you say so?
If you want to get technical they have been happening. They just wait for 5 months and provide a boost, to reset the clock. A serious one won’t happen for about another 62 years. It’s just math, economics, and history.
