Any recommendations for 14yoe, of which ~10 in bayarea but then moved out of country to start bayarea startup’s office and tried my own startup too (both didnt work out). Very in-depth systems/os background with a hint of people mgmt. Up-to-date with lot of latest tech but spend time mostly in core kernel. What are my options in back in bayarea? Not interested in G, FB or AMZN, looking for good culture or starup with star team! Thanks!

What happens when most of your team is Indian?
Any coding at all? If none: most FAANG will hire sysadmins and sysengs, netops etc If some: Amazon has a system development engineer role that might fit

Oh I didn't see you're not interested in FANG. Your options are whatever you apply for then lol, check job postings. AWS infra knowledge is all the rage atm
