Recommendations for Cosmetic Dermatologist.

Looking for some cosmetics treatments but don’t want to go to places like LaserAway or Spa-estheticians. Looking for doctors clinic who can treat some benign skin issues(usually not covered by insurance) and also offer latest on skincare - Thermage/Fillers/Laser/micro-needling etc. looked yelp but a lot of places looks very commercial than offering genuine recommendations/suggestions. Something in south bay but won’t mind driving a bit for a trustworthy provider.
