I am looking for a good studio or 1b1b apartment in Santa Clara County. Preferably close to the Nvidia campus, but it doesn't matter even if it is far away. No one is coming to the office anyway. My budget is up to 2.5k. I really liked the units in Santa Clara Square Apartments, but they were very costly. 3.5k for a studio. Fml. Any recommendations on something close to a nicely remodeled or entry/mid-level luxury apartment? Are there any offers anywhere going on, like 1 or 2 months off, just like how we had those during covid? 240

It is a luxury apartment. Normally, it wouldn't be that high.
Mansion grove apartments is your best bet. If you’re lucky Check Miramar community right next to it too
Check FB groups if layoff people are transferring leases with discount. You can find better once you move in a neighborhood.
