Hi All, Recently I had initial conversation with the MS recruiter. And, she suggested that She would share my profile with the teams and based on the teams Interested we will move further. I feel that have decent profile with 3 years of experience with latest tech stack. And, conversation also went pretty well. I have seen many of my colleagues/juniors getting call as well as interview. Am I thinking too much into it ? It has been almost a week and still no team is interested. There is really no way to tell some recruiters are really bad at following up. Good recruiter would follow up and tell you what happen regardless. The initial recruiters that contact you through LinkedIn are contractors and are not great at follow ups, know from prrsonal experience.
