Recruiters, how important is it to list the tech stack for each bullet point on my resume?
I usually have a single skills section but a recruiter wanted to see the entire tech stack for each bullet point.

That recruiter is wrong. Keep the skills (aka keyword spray) in a separate section and make bullets tight descriptions of value delivered.
