Recruiters missing after sharing current Salary...
Current trend in Indian IT Job market: If you clear all rounds company says you are selected and asks you for previous paychecks. Once you provide that and if they can't match recruiters go missing. Experience with two big companies. This is ridiculous trend off MNCs in India not offering based on what they can but on what candidate currently drawing. Any words of wisdom?
Name and shame the companies. That's what blind is for
Quote other offers. If they ask for proof, flat out refuse. Tell them that you won't share their offer letter with anyone, or anyone else's with them. Worked for me a couple of times.
Don't these HRs have any way to check on your claims ? I mean they might be having networks in the others too
They do. That's why we don't disclose the company.
