Recruiting Process for Microsoft Non Tech Roles
Hi Guys! I'm interested in working at Microsoft and I have had referrals in the past but nothing stuck! How do I get recruiters attention? I have already audited my resume and had interest from other companies.All except Microsoft. I'm hoping to get a Sales ops role. Thank you in advance :) #microsoft #referral #recruiting
Have your previous referring people check the HM of the roles you want, send them an email asking for informational call, then during the call (if they agree) mention youβre interested in their role they have open and use that to lead the conversation and then end the call with asking them to refer you or put you in touch with the recruiter for that role. That worked for me.
