Red Hat salaries in Europe
Hi, what's the average salary for L2/L3 in Europe? I received an offer of 80k from a fintech but I might also get an offer from Red Hat, so I don't know if I should try to delay the first offer as long as I can. Red Hat is much cooler in my opinion and, being a big tech, it has more growth opportunity, so I'll choose it if salaries are not too different. #salarycomparison

It depends on the country I guess. I know that in France, L2 ~ 55k

Fintech can be quite toxic depending on the company.

From what I have read I think Red Hat can offer same or higher. I would suggest you try to speed up the Red Hat process so you hopefully get an offer to compare with.
