RedHat vs VMware

Any feedback here !? No much blinds working or RedHat !?

I think compensation wise and everything wise both company are in same bucket ( better then IBM) and Dell ( which own VMware) is like IBM salary and everything wise. Going from VMware( or red hat ) to IBM ( or dell) is downgrade. I think culture is similar one and they are close companies both pairs in WLB, compensation and everything.

Did you join red hat ?

might have been similar last year but now red hat is a much better option.
