What can I expect? Leetcode hards? Mediums? How tough is the process. Backend SWE 6YOE TC 325k #engineering #software #swe #reddit
The interviews are easy AF
Thanks for commenting! You loop recently? What did they ask?
Over a year ago. Much easier coding questions
Why would you go from Google to Reddit?
I made that move a few years ago. Very glad I did for the following reasons: 1. Lot more scope and ownership in your work - you can easily own projects end to end and learn a shit ton especially as a Senior SWE. There a lot of things to fix so it's not hard to get your hands dirty 2. Fun culture, much more fast paced - biggest culture shock was seeing how active and friendly employees are on Slack during things like All Hands, etc. 3. Fully remote - I've been able to travel a ton and just generally more flexibility in when I want to work Things I missed out on: 1. TC. Staying at Google was the better move for compensation, but that's about it. I definitely would've made more money staying there.
Oh wow, sounss like a great place @fkyhndv Does your team have any openings?
