I’m considering an offer from #reddit, but the salary isn’t enough to cover my family expenses. What’s the secondary market like for Reddit stock? Does Reddit do tender offers? Is EquityZen active? #rsus #offers
Man I completely forgot Reddit isn’t public. Glad they rejected me post onsite lol
lol you went all the way through onsite without realizing they aren't public??
Got an offer from Reddit in September and rejected it because they were calculating TC using last years valuation. With no realistic path forward for IPO in the short term, I think you’re doing the right thing by asking hard questions OP.
Don’t bet on being able to sell on secondary market. So many people assume they will do so to reassure themselves, but the amount of hoops to go through will make it a pain, both pocket wise and mentally.
What was your offer OP? And what level?
Yoe & level?
Shouldn’t they be using the valuation that is marked by fidelity
TC or GTFO.
