What are Redfin tech teams and product teams like in terms of culture? Is their comp closer to Microsoft or FANG? Any insights on company prospects or leadership? Current TC: 190k

Comp is low compared to FANG. Management is a joke. You are better off almost anywhere.

False and false. Just accepted an offer there, much higher than normal MSFT pay and comparable to FANG.
Great. Competitive and of course varies based on level. Lots of opportunity, lots of competition. Leadership is solid.
Can you shed some light on levels in redfin for PMs? What is the title hierarchy like?
