I worked for a Salesforce consulting partner and unfortunately, I was laid off today. I was a Director and managed a portfolio of $45M multi cloud Salesforce implementations. I've managed over 40 FTEs & off shore teams and have experience implementating 40+ end to end Salesforce projects. I'm looking for referrals or leads from anyone that is hiring for Salesforce Director/Manager/Technical Architect/Solution Architect roles. Happy to chat more - please DM. Luckily, I am eligible to work without visa sponsorship. The market is tough out there. Good luck to everyone that's looking. TC: $0

Will DM you. Thank you.
Sorry to hear, DM for Google - if you find a suitable posting.
Thank you, will do. I'd love to chat for 10-15 mins if you are available.
What is Salesforce consulting partner ? WITCH?
Good luck ❤️
Since you have so much Salesforce experience, do you think it is because of less demand for salesforce ? What is your opinion about the products? Sorry to hear about the layoff and hope you find something good.
Salesforce has a huge market share. A lot of companies use Salesforce & are invested in using it, but it doesn't solve everything. In most enterprise solutions, you'll most often use Mulesoft, Informatica, Snowflake, AWS, data lakes, etc. for MDM solution. Enterprise firms right now are trying to cut costs, automate where possible, and move to cloud solutions. It's still good to know Salesforce in my opinion, but also explore other technologies so that you don't box yourself in the long term.
Thanks for the response.

How many people got laid off?
It's a small company. They laid off ~30% total in the last couple of months.
