What’s the culture like at Amazon/AWS?
It is extremely dependent on location and org... and maybe also team. Most of what you would read here applies only to Seattle. So far my experience in Dub has been a culture really friendly hardworking and chilled out culture. Mostly a combination of European and Southamerican cultures inside a cutthroat Northamerican company.
