Hey Blinders! I'm looking to transition from a non SaaS org over to a top tech company (preferably Microsoft but very open to others like Atlassian, Salesforce, Google, etc. Beggers can't be choosers 😅) I'm someone with 12+ YOE in process improvement focused roles and currently director level at my company. I'm going for roles in the Business Program Management space as this seems like the best fit for my skillset. Any help with referrals and general guidance around how to best network/apply/obtain a role at a top tech company with no SaaS experience (yes VERY lofty goal) is appreciated immensely. I can/will supply resume/job ID/LinkedIn profile upon request. #tech #microsoft #google #salesforce #atlassian #airbnb #nvidia #servicenow #paypal #yahoo #adobe

Referrals don’t mean shit at Microsoft unless they know the hiring manager.
That's good to know! What are some other strategies to increase visibility and obtain an interview with Business Program Manager type positions at Microsoft?
Knowing manager , team member or recruiter directly. That’s the only way
