If you feel short on options, have done C# and if dot-net doesn't make you want to puke, consider Roblox. They're kind of a hot mess inside but they are hiring like crazy.
This is a common misconception, but a referral from someone who doesn't know you is worthless at most companies.
This
At popular companies that get a ton of unsolicited resumes, a referral can get your resume in front of an initial recruiter/sourcer faster. Whether that even turns into an introduction call/email depends on the resume but most places I've worked ask for feedback on referrals onlybif they're actually in process.
The ocean, I'm hiring for AWS. Pm if interested
Are you still hiring?
Yup
Why zillow?
Why not
I dont like the idea of giving a blind referral. I want to know why someone would want to join zillow.
PM me a link to your resume.
