I am looking to apply for a role at Disney in the UK (or US if possible) and wanted to ask if anyone could help me by providing an employee referral or can put me in touch with a recruitment manager. I am happy to discuss my previous background/experience if needed as I have heard that cast/employee referrals get better responses than those applying directly so I would appreciate any help or advice I can get. Thanks in advance!

Disney is so huge so the chances that someone referring you has any connection with the recruiter or hiring manager for the position you want are pretty slim. The best approach is just to apply on disneycareers.com for the job you want (apply for a few of them actually). There are usually multiple openings for the same position in the same division (e.g. my division is Parks, Experiences, and Products and we are hiring at least 5 project managers), and across divisions (e.g. Disney Streaming Services or Walt Disney Studios), so apply for a bunch. I was rejected by one without even a phone screen while I was aggressively pursued by another team even after I turned down their offer twice.
Thank you for your advice, that’s very helpful! I have heard any internal referral could help my chances but I will definitely keep looking!

I’ve applied for a few positions but I’m mainly looking at project management roles
Gotcha. I know someone who works at Disney. I'll see if they can do referrals. They're on the artist side. Why Disney?
