Referrals - Sales or Business Ops

Posting under a friend's account. At a series b firm and it's quickly sinking. Trying to get out asap :( Currently in the bay area, 12YOE in sales / business ops. Base: 135k and 10% bonus. My dream company is LinkedIn but can't get a phone screen even with a referral. 😞 Other companies I have been looking at include: Palo Alto Networks, Netflix, Stripe, Intuit, Robinhood, Paypal, Adobe, Square ..
