Any suggestions and referrals on companies in WA, CA,OR that are good and currently hiring Supply Chain/Logistics/ Prg Mgmt professionals? Especially for someone on H1-B. I have experience in tech, supply chain and logistics in distribution and retail environments. 4 YOE, TC 150K, H1-B
Thanks for the suggestion. I am looking for a change outside of Amazon.
How is it like in Amz to be in supply chain and logistics solutions?
It's good. Provided you find the right manager and team. AMZL for example is intense from what I hear. You will have to deal with a lot of ambiguity and deliver results and be right a lottt! They have so many Leadership Principles but these ones are the most important. Lots to learn.
Any other companies or referrals for a current Amazonian. Just not happy with the culture here working 60+ hours
Wow 60+ hours for 150k, def not worth it
