Referrals for fintech firms
Hello, I am a soon to be graduate in Data science and have past work experience in finance ( mostly quant work and data analysis with some credit risk work in last role). Have been applying but got a call from interviews from just stripe. So need a little help to improve my success rate. Would recommend avoiding affirm for the time being. Moral is really low
You guys had a nice earnings beat. It’s one of the few fintechs that seems very inclusive and has interesting work
Oh for sure, we're a great company and have great values and long term financials. But that doesn't mean there is good moral currently. We've got a lot lot lot of tech debt and getting things done is nigh impossible, that with most people's comp going down 20-50% thanks to the stock price, there's a lot of people leaving
