I mentored an intern who was pretty good for an intern two years ago but was not given a return offer b/c he had a bad luck with the bar raiser and my manager at the time was new to Amazon so didnt fight back. Is it okay to refer this intern back to Amazon? Would he be selected for interviews? Hes graduating soon and reached out to me for a referral but not sure what Amazon’s policy is on re-interviewing “failed” interns and i dont want to give him false hopes... Yoe 3.5 Tc 270

When i got my sde 2 promo, i interviewed around and asked my manager for a better package. He gave me a better tc but yes also rsu appreciation
