120 too high for l5 at google. Exceeds is 110

I hit 75k with EE SEE at l3(which technically should map to CME L4). How is exceeds at L5 only 110? I've seen some(albeit very few) L3 with SEE S getting 95k. Are we just getting a lot of discretionary? I'm not sure.

when I was at Google it depended on the PA. In Cloud CME T5s could get 150k refreshers
