Refused to PIP my team. Now I'm PIP'ed. Need referrals.
Hi Blind fam! Need your help. I'm a Product Director at a non-FAANG in Bay area, think Paypal, eBay, Salesforce etc. Lead a team of 10 PMs in a revenue generating org. New VP came in who is a big bully. He wanted me to PIP half my meets expectations PM team. I pushed back a bit and he PIP'ed me without any heads up! I'm the sole earner in my family and on work visa. I'm looking for Dir or even Group PM roles. Appreciate any help with referrals friends! YOE: 15 TC: 550k

I think the key here is the visa part. Savings don't matter if you have to leave the country.
You can live like royalty in most parts of the world with savings that youâll have with that high TC.
