We currently own around 600k stocks in Adobe and the company where my wife works. These stocks are mostly RSU with some ESPP as well. We have earned a significant profit over the years just by holding the stock but now it's becoming too concentrated in just two tech stocks. We also have 300k in T-bills and another 100k invested in individual stocks and crypto. Considering the current rate, investing in housing isn't worth it, and we already have a house that's financed at low rate and a rental property that breaks even. We're wondering where we should consider reinvesting our money if we sell half of the Adobe/wife company stock. Would you suggest investing in an index fund, or should we just hold it in T-bills? Or just don't sell? #personalfinance #investments
Index funds are better and safer than any individual stock. Sell all rsu/espp and diversify. The company pays you a salary and that is enough No reason to invest in the company you work for.

Index fund for sure. The challenge with rsu is you cant sell it during closed window. With index funds you can. If you want to diversify tgen buy 5% in precious metals so when next commodity bull market arives your precious metals helps. Some people also invest in art.
Can you shed more light on investing in precious metals? Which ones and how do you invest into these?
