Rejected again
I was rejected by Amazon, Google, Zalando, Spotify in past 6 months and Facebook today. It's so demotivating after all this rejections. I'm trying to identify the my mistakes but at fb and Spotify i got rejected by recruiter in initial discussion with feedback like they decided to pursue with other candidates. Is that means I failed to explain something or it's just a bad luck ? YOE: 5 TC 🥜 #interviewed #interview #rejected

Were all the applications to FB and spotify you applied to or you were referred to? Maybe prep more(harder)and try to Get referrals? I am getting ghosted on linkedin, atleast you are able to “talk” over a phone with a recruiter. Dont get demotivated, tough times, keep on grinding. Sorry thats all i got to say.
Yeah, i was also ghosted by many ( now used to with this bs behaviour). I applied on career portals for Spotify and FB, for other like amazon and google recruiters connected through LinkedIn. I never applied through referrals though. I want to grind more LC before searching for referrals.

Around 150. Current focused on system design. I'm preparing it ( grokkings) for first time but its more interesting than LC grinding.

Hey colleague! I finally cracked FANG after countless phone screen and onsite failures: At least 3 amazon screen fails and 2 onsite fails 2 facebook phone screen fail Google onsite fail 3 microsoft screen fails and 1 onsite fail Countless startups (coinbase, doordash, etc.) and no-name companies fail All of them added with around 100 LC (premium is worth it) practicing mock interviews where you get feedback (e.g interviewing.io where I spent $1300 on it) I got an Amazon offer and possibly Facebook and Microsoft offers. I almost lost hope and then I finally found out that I am better at interviews. Make sure to take care of your mental health. If you have anxiety or depression get therapy. If you have sleep problems go to sleep doctor. Keep your body and brain healthy and make sure you fix an health issues you may have. With enough practice you will get there. And always take any opportunity to interview, don’t say I am not ready. It will serve as a good practice even if you get rejected. Companies will re-interview you again
Congratulations on your offers. I don't think i have any health issues and i agree that i need to practice a lot but somehow i believe I'll crack FANG in few months of dedicated preperation.
Thanks! Yes you will. Sometimes people finish coding with optimum solution and still get rejected. It is communication I got more help and insight from behavioral interview mockup than coding ones. Don’t leave that part out

Dude ,there are many startup which pay a lot .you haven't explored properly . Learning and money wise startup is best
Treat the interview process like dating. if you know you did your best and they just can't accept your greatness just say in your head "Fuck you then, you stuck-up b1tch!" and move on to try and bust your nut in another sl00t.
You may need a friend who can do mock interviews for you and provide you genuine feedback.
